  • Your donors have purchasing power

Retailers spend hefty marketing dollars to attract shoppers to their websites. Instead of spending those marketing dollars to attract visitors, they will direct a percentage of each purchase to the “gateway” organization that refers them. Nonprofit organizations have donor bases with significant purchasing power who value their time and money, and who also want to support organizations of which they are a member.

  • Your donors already shop online

Typically, we work with nonprofit organizations to develop an online shopping gateway. We jointly select particular stores to be included in the program. These are stores where their members likely already shop - For example, Target, Best Buy, Dell, Kohl’s, Skechers, Borders, Discovery Channel, Nickelodeon, Family Christian Stores--literally hundreds.

  • We’ll help you get the word out

We provide a marketing package for the organization and any affiliated groups. This would include web banners, an html email template, print advertisement, a viral marketing plan, and other promotional items.

  • Donors help you—without hurting their pocketbook

When a donor makes a purchase at the merchant’s site, the nonprofit organization receives a percentage of sales, and the donor is able to see how much went to their cause. (The online merchants offer different amounts, but this percentage averages 2%-3%, depending on the particular store).
